Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the latter half of the decade. Aleesha was born in 1984 to an athlete's family. Her father participated in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha had played a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was around 15. Aleesha was given her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 Her first competition began in 2008, however she began competing in the year 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and placed ninth. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha came in at sixth in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steady improvement since has won her first pro competition in Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning her first Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 the bodybuilder completed the best WOS rising-phoenix show in which she finished fourth. The "World's most powerful mother" did take a hiatus in bodybuilding because of health reasons.
